  1. Firstly I’ve been wanting to mention this for awhile, whenever I look at Alice, I always see her as been a character in a graphic novel, now it makes more sense :)! Ok…Oh WOW, where do I begin…. so far I’m absolutely enthralled. The complex subtleties of your thinking and work is Outstanding!!! The multi-layered analysis of human behaviour and the very blurred line between our consciousness and animal and alien instincts, meshed with your own obvious struggle to understand that eternal question ‘what is reality’ is very evident for me. Also our desire to not only understand reality but also try to figure out if we do in fact have some control over our own version of reality!?! I’m hoping I’m not too far off the mark with my thoughts so far :)? I may have come to my ‘realizations’ in a different way to you but I’m finding your work SO REAL! I see yet another quintessential battle of good vs evil (I don’t mean that from any religious standpoint) underlying your Creaturina work. You are a Genius Chris :)!!! There is SO many more thoughts I have, but for now I’m going to continue reading….

    • Your summary is perfect, Cari-ann! The good versus evil thread is also ‘what is good? What is evil?’ which, of course, is part of ‘what is reality?’ Both Alice and Creaturina are ‘dark’ characters, yet they are not ‘bad’.
Thanks for reading and thinking about them.
