Eli

Eli

I saw Let The Right One In not long after it came out, then Let Me In as soon as it came out—totally loved them both. I recently read the book, which is also pretty good. I prefer Ali as a girl, as she can be interpreted in the films; the book is a homo-erotic vampire/human love story, which is fine, but I prefer my kick-ass vampire babes to be real girls, as they are played in the movies—not castrated boys. After reading the book, I watched both films again, as well as buying the excellent soundtracks to them both—thus steeping myself in Eli-ness; this is the result. This is my interpretation of Eli as a kick-ass, hundreds of years old, vampire child-woman.
